ASPPA Members

The 2021 ASPPA Annual Virtual Conference offers more than 14 hours of ASPPA CE credit, including 1 hour of ASPPA Ethics CE.

Actuaries (JBEA Credit)

6 hours of JBEA CE are available, including 1 hour of JBEA Core and 5 hours of JBEA Non-Core. Attendees of live virtual sessions can earn JBEA Formal CE, but recorded sessions are not eligible for JBEA Formal CE.

Enrolled Retirement Plan Agents (ERPA Credit)

Attendees can earn up to 13 ERPA CE credits by attending live virtual and recorded conference sessions, and 1 ERPA Ethics CE by attending the ethics session. We will provide the maximum amount of ERPA CE possible based on reported attendance.

What time will the sessions run?
The sessions will be live streamed from the live conference in National Harbor, MD; all times are Eastern Time Zone.

Will the sessions be recorded if I miss a session?
Yes, the sessions that are live streamed will also be recorded and available for attendees to view until December 31, 2021.

How do I register for the virtual event?

I registered for the virtual option but cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
Attendees for the virtual option may request a refund until September 30, 2021. No refunds will be granted for requests received after that date. Submit all requests to accountsreceivable@usaretirement.org. Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Are substitutions allowed?
Substitution of registrations for the virtual option is permitted until September 30, 2021. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for contacting ASPPA. Submit all requests to accountsreceivable@usaretirement.org.

How do I access the virtual platform?
Prior to the event, attendees for virtual option will receive detailed information on how to log into the platform and instructions on how to access the platform.

Will the virtual option offer CE credits?
All sessions are accredited for ASPPA CE and attendees can earn up to 15 hours of ASPPA CE credit.

When will CE credits be uploaded to my account?
CE credits will uploaded to your ASPPA account approximately 4 weeks after the live event.

What technology is required to participate in the virtual event?

We use the Pathable platform for the virtual event. For the best experience on the Pathable platform, it is recommended that you use the Firefox browser; Pathable has an integration with Zoom that works best using this browser.

You may wish to download Zoom prior to the event, but this is not a requirement for attendees. In addition, Pathable recommends visiting zoom.us/test to test your internet connection prior to the live event.
