Cancellation Refund Policy
All conference registration fees are fully refundable until August 31, 2021. After August 31, 2021, the conference fee, minus a $100 cancellation fee, will be refunded for cancellations. No refunds will be granted for requests received after October 8, 2021. Submit cancellation request. Please note: refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitution of registrations are gladly accepted prior to the conference or onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for updating any contact information and for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
