Flexible Registration

If you decide at a later date you do not want to attend, you will have total flexibility. You can switch to the Virtual Summit Option or cancel without penalty through August 28th.
Given how fluid the coronavirus crisis has been, it is possible the situation may change. However, at this time we are confident we can proceed with the Summit in Orlando.

What is included with my conference registration?
Your registration includes access to the exhibit hall, conference meal functions (PAC events excluded), conference sessions, and After Dark events.

What COVID-19 safety protocols are in place at the Summit?
We have been working closely with Universal Orlando and Loews Hotels to develop safety protocols designed with your health, safety, and comfort in mind.

Are there special rules for attendees coming from NY, NJ, or CT?
If you are coming from New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut, we want you to know that we have cleared the way for you. As you may be aware, certain parts of Florida require travelers from those states to quarantine. The NAPA 401(k) Summit has received a waiver from the City of Orlando so that there will be no travel restrictions on attendees (and their families) coming to the Summit.
Does my registration include access to Universal Studios theme park?
Your conference registration includes admission to Universal Orlando during the NAPA 401(k) Summit After Dark events only.

Universal Orlando theme park tickets for non-conference activities (daytime theme park visits, etc.) are available for purchase through their website.

Why are two hotels listed?
You have two (2) options for hotel accommodations during the event. The conference general sessions and workshops will be held in the Loews Royal Pacific Resort. The exhibit hall will be in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom located in the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort.

When will I receive the materials for the CPFA Bootcamp?
If you are and advisor and opted in for the CPFA bootcamp and exam, access to the online CPFA modules will be granted within 10 business days after your registration for the conference. Attendees will receive an email from RPA@usaretirement.org with a link to the learning system and an enrollment code for the CPFA online course. If you do not receive this notification within 10 days of registration, please email RPA@usaretirement.org and let us know.

The conference overview and agenda topic descriptions are accessible online. The schedule will be updated with more information as it becomes available.

Are Continuing Education credits available?
For up-to-date information about all of the CE credits offered at the NAPA 401(k) Summit, please review the Schedule.
How do I request CEs for my state?
Seeking a specific type? Requests must be made by August 15, 2020.

Is there a penalty for canceling you registration or switching to the Summit Virtual Option?
To allow for maximum flexibility, there is no penalty for canceling or switching to the Summit Virtual Option through Friday, August 28. After August 28, there will be a $100 fee for switching or canceling.
How do I request a registration refund?
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by August 28, 2020. No refunds will be granted for requests received after August 28, 2020.

Are substitutions allowed?
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for updating any contact information.
